Step 1
Talk to Centrelink about getting a referral to the
Personal Support Program (PSP).
Step 2
Call us to have a chat and organize a time for an
appointment. Or, you can come and see us at the office
to set up a time to meet. If you can’t meet us at our
office then we can try to arrange to meet somewhere
else. If you are having problems getting transport to
the meeting, then we can try to help you out with that
too.
Step 3
One of our friendly staff will be introduced to you as
your Case Manager. He/she will talk with you to find out
what challenges you are trying to deal with.
Step 4
He/she will discuss with you a number of ways we can
help you. If we do not offer the particular service you
need we can introduce you to people who do. Your Case
Manager will still remain your main source of guidance
and support.
Step 5
We will try to arrange a regular contact time with you
but feel free to contact us anytime you need to. We will
then continue to work with you towards the goals YOU
have set.
