Back on Track is held one night over six weeks and is designed to help separated parents find their way through separation and re-partnering.

You will learn about;

• Session 1; Managing the the emotional roller coaster. Talking to your ex partner. Recognising the change in your children

• Session 2; Financial and Legal matter - Meeting your child's contact needs - Thinking/being single

• Session 3; Accepting the reality of being single - setting appropriate boundaries between you and your ex partner

• Session 4; How to have a new relationship and manage parenting - Striking a balance between your needs and your children's needs

• Session 5; Working through the issues of blending families - How to parent from a distance

• Session 6; How are you feeling - Is it working for you and your children
